Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam is a closed-cell insulation material made by expanding a polystyrene polymer, typically appearing as white foam often used in product packaging. Our EPS insulation is available in a variety of board sizes, with a minimum thickness of 1 inch. We also manufacture tapered units for roofing applications, designed to create slopes for effective drainage. A common use for our polystyrene insulation is in ballasted single-ply roof assemblies, where the roof membrane is placed over the insulation and ballasted with materials such as rock, concrete pavers, or other weighty elements.
